Rachel Poonsiriwong is a Singaporean designer and art curator based in San Francisco. She is intrigued by the materiality of time, history and memory. Her emerging curatorial practice has been shaped by non-profit spaces, commercial art galleries, and immersive theatre productions. Her interest in social impact has also led her to help develop the San Francisco Arts Commission's art education program for underfunded public high schools. Rachel is currently guest curating an exhibition at Root Division (January 2022), and is a published art writer with CCA's Exhibitions and Public Programming department. Rachel’s interaction design practice (Autodesk, Dell, Microsoft, ShelterTech) surrounds social impact, collaboration, and research.
