Statement

I birth stories. My hands pull out mythic tales of passion, fearlessness, strength, beauty, and surrender from clay. My work is all about the primal figures in our lives -- ancestors who guide us, goddesses who inspire us, dancers who liberate us. I aim to enthrall viewers with the complex stories that flourish beneath surface reality. I am currently creating ceramic musical instruments, in the shape of upside legs shaped like a harp with guitar strings.
